2.1 We gather data that you provide voluntarily (such as your email address) and also collect data automatically (such as your IP address).
2.2 Information You Provide to Us
When you register for and/or use our Service, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself. This includes your first name, phone number, and email (collectively referred to as “Required Information”), as well as your last name, address details, working hours, and access to your photos, albums, and their metadata. While providing this Required Information is necessary to register an account and use our Service, you can still use some features of the Service without it. However, certain functionalities may be restricted (e.g., you won’t be able to chat with other users, post ads, or view contact details if you don’t register an account).
At times, you may need to provide additional information to our Support Team, particularly if your account has been blocked. For example, we may ask you to verify your identity by submitting an ID document.
By submitting information about yourself during registration, you acknowledge and understand that this data will be publicly accessible (including your phone number). It is important not to share personal information on your profile that you do not want to be publicly available. You are responsible for all information you post in public accounts. Carefully consider the risks associated with making certain details such as your phone number, address, or specific location public.
When posting an announcement on the Service, you may choose to provide additional personal information, such as your CV or photos that include personal details. By doing so, you acknowledge that you are making this information publicly available. Additionally, some of your profile information will be made public to facilitate communication and transactions between users. For instance, your email will be visible in the Seeking Work CVs section of the Jobs section to certain users.
We may also collect your name, official government ID number, and photo image to verify your identity. For this purpose, we may share this information with a third-party service provider, Smile Identity Inc., which will validate it with government sources. Smile Identity Inc. may use your ID number to gather additional data from government sources, such as your full name, date of birth, image, address, phone number, gender, government ID expiry date, or other information linked to your ID number provided by the issuing authority. Smile Identity Inc. may process or store your data outside your country.
During the verification process, Smile Identity Inc. collects information to estimate the location of parts and areas of your face (“Face Data”). We do not collect or store your Face Data. Smile Identity Inc. uses Face Data solely for the purpose of verifying that you are using your own ID or other identification documents. Neither we nor Smile Identity Inc. use Face Data for any other purposes. Face Data used for verification is retained by Smile Identity Inc. for up to ninety (90) days after the verification is complete. It is stored on Smile Identity Inc.’s servers, hosted by Amazon Web Services.

As part of the website’s functionality, we may disclose information, including personal and contact details, required for transactions between buyers and sellers, facilitating communication between users, and processing payments. You understand that the information in your profile and any details provided when posting ads will be visible to other users of the Service. Please ensure that you do not include any personal data in your profile or ads that you prefer to keep private. Carefully consider the risks associated with making certain details such as your phone number, address, or specific location publicly accessible.

It allows us to understand which features and sections of Ugaall are most popular, as well as the types of users engaging with our Service. For example, if we find that the Jobs section is less popular than others, we may prioritize enhancements in that area based on this analysis.
3.6. To Send You Marketing Communications
